摘要: Laboratory scale continuous-flow activated sludge reactors were operated using synthetic wastewater containing phenol as a toxic organics, m-aminobenzoic acid (m-ABA) refractory organics and inorganic nutrients to clarify the effects of powdered carbon (PAC) on removal organics. The performance system with addition PAC was compared that bentonite (BEN), raw material (NAC) having no ability adsorb conventional (AS).Concentrations DOC, m-ABA in effluent reactor much lower than those when other adsorbents used. Especially, not detected (< 0.2mg·l-1) from PAC, while for BEN, NAC AS 80, 75 80 mg·l-1, respectively. Because contribution adsorption negligible, considered be removed through biodegradation. Thus, biodegradation activity improved by PAC.The microbial compositions these systems also determined viable counts nutrient broth medium, phenol-selective m-ABA-selective medium quinone profiles, As results, almost same, irrespective difference support media. Therefore, improvement would explained increase individual bacterial due sludge.
