摘要: The A1 adenosine receptor from pig brain cortex has been identified by means of two antipeptide antibodies against domains the molecule: PC/10 antiserum was raised a part third intracellular loop, and PC/20 second extracellular loop. antibody able to recognize 39-kDa band that corresponded Al receptor, as demonstrated immunoblotting immunoprecipitation molecule cross-linked [125I](R)-2-azidoN2-p-hydroxy(phenylisopropyl)adenosine. Besides band, also recognized 74-kDa form does not seem correspond receptor-G protein complex. occurrence bands detected analyzed in samples different species tissues showing heterogeneous distribution both. can be converted into treatment with agonists or antagonists receptors. These results suggest occur dimers dimer–monomer conversion might regulated physiological ligand. Since aggregates were PC/10, it is likely loop participates protein–protein interaction. ©1995 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
