摘要: Kangaroo care is a technique practiced on newborn and seeks to provide restored closeness of the with mother or father by placing infant in direct skin contact one them. The study aimed evaluate impact neonatal nurses' guidelines improving their knowledge, attitude practice toward kangaroo care. Quasi experimental design was conducted for this study. neonate intensive unit in   Mansura university children hospital Egypt. This convenient sample 60 registered nurses who's worked mentioned above setting. For data collection an interview questionnaire (pre/post test format) used assess as regard promote bonding, it have positive effect physical wellbeing infant, improve breast feeding, should begin within few hours after birth, also all parents be given relevant information remain parent support assistance during result showed effectiveness guideline knowledge means facilitating – attachment, provides valuable insights into attitudes practices promoting KMC highly specialized NICU environment.  According recommended establish education program mothers about benefits management through booklets, posters. Hospital needed facilitate continues early initiation allowing visit her premature infants' time without restrictions.
