摘要: Abstract Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate active knee flexion range motion and hamstring strength following anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Type Study: Case control study, consecutive sample. Methods: Seventy-four patients who had undergone ACL reconstruction underwent isokinetic muscle testing at 2 years post surgery. Measurements the maximum standing angle with hip extended were also taken. During testing, we evaluated torque 90° flexion, in addition peak torque. We further compared these parameters around for whom only semitendinosus tendon harvested as a graft source (ST group), those from gracilis (ST/G group). Results: Isokinetic showed that, both ST ST/G groups, flexor involved leg less effectively restored than which generated. Conversely, no significant difference seen side-to-side ratio either or between groups. mean significantly lower group group. Conclusions: This suggests that loss harvest tendons may be more has been previously estimated. Furthermore, multiple affect flexion.
