摘要: The exocrine pancreas is a highly active site of protein synthesis. Most the proteins consist digestive enzymes destined for export from acinar cell and in normal human pancreatic juice, as other species, they constitute about 90% total juice [1]. In remaining 10% we identified serum accounting 3% total, to very low amount but specifically increased chronic pancreatitis (as observed lactoferrin lysosomal [2]).
