摘要: Abstract Objective : to evaluate pedal bypass grafting in patients with diabetes mellitus critical limb ischaemia. Patients and Method from 1994 1999, 49 consecutive grafts were performed 46 a median age of 69 years (range 37–85 years). The incidence insulin-dependent was 87%. distal anastomosis located at the dorsalis pedis artery 36, inframalleolar posterior tibial 9 plantar 4 cases, respectively. Results one patient died perioperatively. Two occlusions major amputation accounted for primary patency rate 96% salvage 98% 30 days, During follow-up 28 months 1–70 months), 21 nonrelated causes. Three additional graft amputations noted resulting 89% 87% 48 months, Conclusion Pedal utilising greater saphenous vein in-situ technique is reliable effective procedure achieve durable mellitus.
