摘要: This article reviews recent advances that shed light on plant disease resistance genes, beginning with a brief overview of their structure, followed by genomic organization and evolution. Plant genes have been exhaustively investigated in terms structural organization, sequence evolution genome distribution. There are probably hundreds NBS-LRR sequences other types R-gene-like within typical genome. Recent studies revealed positive selection selective maintenance variation defence-related genes. highly polymorphic diverse recognition specificities. R-genes occur as members clustered gene families evolved through duplication diversification. These appear to evolve more rapidly than regions the genome, domains such leucine-rich repeat, subject adaptive
