摘要: The altered expression and/or activity of ion channels and transporters (transportome) have been associated with malignant behavior cancer cells were proposed to be a hallmark cancer. However, the impact transportome in epithelial cancers, such as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), well its pathophysiological consequences, still remains unclear. Here, we report silico analysis 840 genes PDAC patients’ tissues. Our study was focused on changes their correlation functional behavioral responses tumor stromal compartments. dysregulated gene datasets filtered using cut-off fold-change values ≤−2 or ≥2 (adjusted p value ≤0.05). clearly impaired physiological secretory mechanisms pH regulation, control cell volume, polarity. Additionally, some down-regulated found closely linked differentiation. Furthermore, observed decrease coding for calcium chloride transport might mechanism evasion apoptosis. In conclusion, current work provides comprehensive overview association predicted malignancy special focus compartment.
