摘要: Two important aspects must be considered when optimizing antireflection coatings (ARCs) for multijunction solar cells to used in concentrators: the angular light distribution over cell created by particular concentration system and wide spectral bandwidth is sensitive to. In this article, a numerical optimization procedure its results are presented.
