摘要: Two important aspects must be considered when optimizing antireflection coatings (ARCs) for multijunction solar cells to used in concentrators: the angular light distribution over cell created by particular concentration system and wide spectral bandwidth is sensitive to. In this article, a numerical optimization procedure its results are presented. The potential efficiency enhancement means of ARC calculated several concentrating PV systems. addition, two methods ARCs direct characterization these show that real slightly underperform theoretical predictions.
