Sudden death with circumferential subepicardial fibrofatty replacement: left-sided arrhythmogenic ventricular cardiomyopathy.

摘要: We report 5 cases of sudden cardiac death, with similar findings. All had circumferential left ventricular subepicardial fibrofatty replacement the myocardium, to histologic features arrhythmogenic right cardiomyopathy (ARVC). In these cases, findings were predominantly in ventricle minimal or no involvement ventricle. Four siblings either death symptoms.
