Preparedness to implement a spatial plan: The impact of the land cooperative in Central Bangka Regency

摘要: Cities are currently struggling with increasingly limited land availability and rising prices in urban areas. In this regard, proper management can control optimize space to be effective, efficient sustainable. This paper presents the results of research Sungai Selan, a small city Central Bangka Regency.
