摘要: MALT lymphoma, especially of extragastric origin, is thought to be associated with an underlying autoimmune disease (AD) in a significant proportion patients. No systematic assessment the clinical characteristics lymphoma arising AD as opposed patients without has been performed so far. Therefore, all diagnosed and treated for at our institution have prospectively undergone routine serological since 1997. In total, 158 were available analysis, 61 out (39%) AD. Patients predominantly women significantly younger diagnosis (56 versus 67 years, P=0.004), higher rate lymphomas (P=0.012). Furthermore, these showed lower frequency trisomy 3 (P=0.04) response Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy case gastric (P=0.03). All other parameters including estimated median time relapse comparable between both groups. Our data suggest that develop earlier life. The course, however, does not appear adversely influenced by presence AD, neither nor times or survival are different.
