摘要: Objectives : This study was carried out to identified the effects of distilled cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture obesity. Methods Cultivated administered on points chung-wan(CV12), (ST25), and Chok-samni(ST36) lowering lipid oxidative capacity in biochemical molecular biological aspects were investigated obese rats fed with high fat diet. Results 1. The contents plasma showed a tendency decrease groups compared control group. In groups, values ST25 ST36 lower value. 2. free fatty acids However, not significantly different. 3. Plasma triglyceride glucose value other groups. 4. activity AST ALT different all treatment 5. total cholesterol LDL-cholesterol HDL-cholesterol higher CV12 than that 6. Liver didn`t show significant difference 7. TEARS group liver TBARS However these pharmaco puncture 8. super oxide dismutase glutathione peroxidase catalase increase no 9. Expression apo-B E mRNA cells expression leptin adipose cell among 10. good histological character liver. It similar normal slight vasodilation accumulation. Conclusion These results indicate suppressed tissue mass peroxidation, increased antioxidant capacity.
