摘要: Estrogen receptor (ER) is a major feature of endometrioid adenocarcinoma. It has significant impact on constitution estrogen-responsiveness this endometrial malignancy, in which STAT3 (signal transducer and activator transcription) becomes hyperactivated. The aim our study was to detect immunohistochemically compare expressions with apoptosis regulators (Bak Bcl-xL) regard different pathological features variably pronounced ER-α immunoprofile 78 adenocarcinomas. abundantly detected nuclei cancer cells 54 cases, thus pointing at its activation as an universal nuclear transcriptional factor. Bcl-xL Bak were expressed cytoplasm malignant 62 20 cancers, respectively. correlated both (p = 0.001, r = 0.365) (p < 0.001, r = 0.436) all adenocarcinomas subgroups these tumours segregated grading, staging patients' age.
