摘要: During their studies to become medical professionals, all students are obliged familiar with various aspects of primary care. The aim is provide a high quality training which ensures the best possible cooperation across sectors system. Primary care comprises use service by an unfiltered set patients as well continued patient care--including home-care. This position paper was developed together representatives German Society University Teachers General Practice (GHA), for Ambulatory Paediatrics (DGAAP), and Family Medicine (DEGAM) Internal (DGIM). It includes recommendations teaching in field four different types internships such preclinical work experience ("Hospitation"), 4-week clinical traineeships casual nature ("Famulatur") 2-week courses structured assessed ("Blockpraktikum") broad-based 4-month elective placement final year (known practical year, "PJ"). encompass structural process criteria general practices. In addition, first time on campus--in fields medicine, paediatrics, numerous cross-sectional areas other fields, but also skills training--are down here. this intention demonstrate ways more could be integrated into undergraduate training.
