摘要: Infusions into the lateral cerebral ventricle of hypertonic solutions NaCl, mannitol or sucrose all induced water drinking in cattle. However, infusion NaCl caused a significantly greater response than did infusions sucrose, despite fact that CSF osmolality increase was similar. In contrast, had similar dipsogenic effects when infused intravenously. The intracerebroventricular not affect intakes food Na solution. results are consistent with hypothesis both osmoreceptors and sensors involved regulating thirst cows.
