摘要: DNA conjugated gold nanorods (AuNRs) are widely applied for nanostructure assembly, gene therapy, biosensing, and drug delivery. However, it is still a great challenge to attach thiolated on AuNRs, because the positively charged AuNRs readily aggregate in presence of negatively DNA. This article reports an mPEG-SH/Tween 20-assisted method load 1 h. Tween 20 mPEG-SH used synergistically displace CTAB surface by repeated centrifugation resuspension, attached M NaCl, 100 mM MgCl2, or citrate. with different sizes aspect ratios can be functionalized this method. The number loaded each AuNR easily controlled concentrations ratio between AuNR. Functionalized were nanoparticle assembly cancer cell imaging confirm that anchored retains its hybridization molecular recognition capability. new easy, rapid, robust preparation variety applications such as delivery, self-assembly, imaging.
