摘要: Summary The mechanical properties and the structural state of machined surfaces determine functional behavior components. states surface-near zone, especially hardness- residual stress distributions are influenced by machining parameters. Conventional testing methods such as metallographical inspection, x-ray diffraction, hardness measurements time consuming cannot be used for real testing. Therefore, there is a considerable need nondestructive techniques. Beside well known eddy current methods, ferromagnetic- ultrasonic techniques can measuring microstructure parameters stresses. Whereas electromagnetic- ferromagnetic analysing restricted to regions -especially few millimeters- also electrical conductive- or materials, allow one evaluate bulk metallic ceramic material. In addition, superficial analysed methods. this paper we focus on art procedures discuss first application evaluation surface integrity.
