摘要: Purpose To evaluate the visual and refractive outcomes, endothelial cell count (ECC), ocular surface changes, corneal aberrations, biomechanical profile changes after femtosecond laser–assisted anterior lamellar keratoplasty surgery for superficial scars. Setting Farabi Eye Hospital, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. Design Prospective case series. Methods Patients with scars had keratoplasty. Visual results, ECC, profiles were assessed preoperatively 1 year postoperatively. Results Nineteen eyes (19 patients) evaluated. A significant decline occurred in astigmatism year. There was a nonsignificant reduction hysteresis resistance factor from to The corneal-compensated intraocular pressure (IOP) Goldmann-correlated IOP increased during follow-up; increase not significant. statistically insignificant root mean square trefoil spherical aberrations between month postoperatively ( P =.1 =.4, respectively). decreases primary coma total higher-order approached significance =.08 =.07, no central thickness, or parameters. No intraoperative complications occurred. Conclusion Femtosecond an efficient safe procedure improving quality vision patients pathology, results remained stable 1-year follow-up.
