摘要: We present shinyMethyl, a Bioconductor package for interactive quality control of DNA methylation data from Illumina 450k arrays. The summarizes experiments into small exportable R objects which an interface is launched. Reactive plots allow fast and intuitive assessment the samples. In addition, exploration phenotypic associations possible through coloring principal component analysis. Altogether, makes it easy to perform large-scale datasets, such as epigenome-wide association studies or datasets available Cancer Genome Atlas portal. shinyMethyl implemented in via Bioconductor. Its development repository at https://github.com/jfortin1/shinyMethyl.
