摘要: As with miRNAs a decade ago, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are emerging as new class of involved in physiological and pathological processes. Recent evidences have shown that lncRNAs play role cancer metabolism. The relationship between aerobic glycolysis provides strategies for the treatment cancer. Here we discuss recent findings on provide insights into their mechanisms action. In addition, explore potential challenges using targets therapy.
