摘要: The interface between layered conjugated polymer and electrode is a most important factor to improve the performance lifetime of polymeric light-emitting devices (PLEDs). In this work, blue PLED with improved stability was achieved by combination optimized cathode structure as well thermal treatment (LEP). Experimental evidence initial luminance “settling in” stage found be dependent upon structure, while long-term slope function elapsed time governed annealing conditions. Our study revealed importance extrinsic design device for improvement stability. data shows that annealed at 170°C 6nm LiF LiF∕Ca∕Al retained best lifetime, which can explained polymer–metal LEP’s charge mobility.
