摘要: The use of synthetic calcium phosphate as bone substitute calls for the knowledge influence on adjacent cells. Effects monocytes, macrophages, synovial cells and fibroblasts have been largely described in vivo vitro but few data are available concerns osteoblast responses. present experiments tested activity MC3T3-E1, ROS 17/2.8 mouse calvaria cultured presence hydroxyapatite powders. three osteoblast-like were shown to phagocytoze particles. As a consequence, they exhibit reduced cell growth alkaline phosphatase activity. This response was different when compared with other types. osteogenetic function osteoblastic could be involved these specific effects hydroxyapatite.
