摘要: Unerupted teeth were extracted from the mandibles of calves, and enamel surfaces containing ameloblasts cells papilla layer scraped off. Cells migrated fragments transferred into culture flasks small bars sintered hydroxyapatite, cultures incubated long-term. Most showed a fibroblastic morphology, but some formed an epithelial cell nest. The grew steadily, poor growth. multiple layers embedded in collagenous matrix type I trimer collagen. By 3 months, fibrous bands appeared on surface surrounded hydroxyapatite. Such increased size with incubation time. Mineral deposition was observed well-developed bands. deposited crystals found by X-ray powder diffraction method to be hydroxyapatite; Ca/P molar ratio 1.49 determined ICP method. These results indicated that have capacity mineralize vitro presence
