摘要: Aim To review knowledge transfer and exchange frameworks used in health, to analyse the core concepts of these appraise their potential applicability palliative care. Background Although there are over 60 different models designed for various areas fields health care, many remain largely unrefined untested. There is a lack studies that create guidelines scaling-up successful implementation research findings proven ensuring patients have access optimal guided by current research. Design The protocol this scoping was devised according proposed Arksey O'Malley (2005) Levac et al. (2010). Methods The includes decisions about objectives, inclusion criteria, search strategy, study selection, data extraction, quality assessment, synthesis plans dissemination. Discussion The will allow us identify currently healthcare setting complex demands care. Results from effective way translating types PC providers could be hospital, community home based future research.
