摘要: Rectal prolapse occurred in 112 (18.5%) of 605 cystic fibrosis patients. In 48 patients preceded diagnosis fibrosis, but physicians (pediatricians, pediatric and general surgeons, proctologists) rarely appreciated its importance as a symptom this disease. Prolapses frequently cease with institution pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy following fibrosis. However, even when the disease remains undiagnosed, is often transient resolves at 3-5 yr age. Prolapse occurring initially after diagnosed responds to manipulation diet or doses. Many develop method reduction which involves voluntary abdominal, perineal, gluteal muscles does not require manual pressure on prolapsed segment. Most do need specific treatment for prolapse.
