摘要: The photorefractive properties of BaTiO3 are gradually modified by the addition Nb which change charge carrier from hole to electron. Before compensation point, dark conductivity decreases and response time increases with increasing concentration. Two beam coupling gain can be explained using deep shallow trap model as major carrier. Near is needed, in electron–hole competition explain this. After an absorption around 600 nm evolves, very fast, electron becomes
