摘要: Clinical acceptance of 3-D OCT retinal imaging brought rapid development quantitative analysis layers, vasculature, lesions as well facilitated new research in diseases. One the cornerstones many such analyses is segmentation and thickness quantification layers choroid, with an inherently simultaneous multi-layer LOGISMOS (Layered Optimal Graph Image Segmentation for Multiple Objects Surfaces) approach being extremely suited task. Once are segmented, regional thickness, brightness, or texture-based indices individual can be easily determined thus contribute to our understanding optic nerve head (ONH) disease processes employed determination status, treatment responses, visual function, etc. Out applications, examples provided this paper focus on image-guided therapy outcome prediction age-related macular degeneration assessing function from layer structure glaucoma.
