摘要: Objectives:  To examine the published evidence regarding use of transthoracic electric bioimpedance (TEB) for non-invasive monitoring cardiac output in ED. Method:  Databases  of  the  medical  literature,  relevant  textbooks  and  Internet  were  searched articles TEB. Criteria inclusion were drawn up prior to examination and included adherence guidelines comparing methods clinical measurement. Results:  Results are discussed under following headings: technological capability, diagnostic accuracy, limitations, range possible uses, therapeutic impact, impact on health care providers, patient outcome future directions. Conclusion:  TEB is a technique whose ease use, continuous data acquisition versatility suggest it may have role play patients our EDs.
