摘要: Homologous and heterologous antibody response to FMD influenza vaccines was studied in 37 calves 45 lambs at the age of 2 months. The monovalent killed were administered simultaneously twice. Another group 18 vaccinated twice, first months second 6 months, with trivalent vaccine. titers measured by ELISA HI after vaccination, for FMDV influenza, respectively. conclusions this study are summarized as follows. Individuals, calves, that cross-respond one serotype liable respond another same virus. showing double cross-reactivity virus (FMDV), highly show entirely (Influenza). Multivalent expected elevate least (not included vaccine) detect antibodies an additional serotype, not detected otherwise following vaccination. These results indicate important role host spectrum specific immune response.
