摘要: Abstract Pure magnesium bars were prepared by two-pass cumulative high ratio extrusion with as-cast Mg as the original material and then final as-extruded annealed. The effect of deformation annealing treatment on microstructure, mechanical properties fracture behaviour investigated optical microscopy (OM), test scanning electron (SEM), respectively. results show that grain size is obviously refined dynamic recrystallization during deformation. Thus room-temperature significantly improved. After first extrusion, coarse was reduced to 35 μm, yield strength (YS), ultimate tensile (UTS) elongation bar achieved 84 MPa, 189 12%, further YS over 120 MPa; however, decreased due work hardening. Finally 9-10 μm after treatment, its YS, UTS 124 199 10.7%, microstructures performance enhanced obviously.
