摘要: The tertiary structure of Ascaris suum mitochondrial tRNA(Ser)(UCU) was examined by nuclear magnetic resonance analysis using its transcript, since tRNA(Ser)(UCU), lacking the D arm and possessing a truncated T arm, is shortest all known tRNAs. Most basepairs in proposed secondary were shown to exist, but connector region comprising loop extra flexible. This flexibility, would enable adjustment mutual distance between 3'-terminus anticodon consistent with that usual Thus, tRNA(Ser)UCU appears function similar way tRNAs ribosome.
