摘要: The lack of explanatory power roles in the study legislative behaviour has led to questioning utility role theory. problem may be that scholars tend focus on classifying legislators according one orientation, thereby running risk oversimplification. Using questions from 1990, 2001 and 2006 Dutch Parliamentary Studies, this explores whether MPs specialise a particular or switch between depending situation at hand. A general trend towards specialisation partisan is detected, accompanied by decrease number role-switching MPs. Furthermore, it found whereas government parliamentarian, opposition are more prone put their hats.
