摘要: Messenger RNA levels of the c-fos, c-myc, c-Ha-ras and c-Ki-ras genes were studied in 39 tissue samples obtained from 17 patients undergoing surgery for colon carcinoma other diseases. DMA extracted same was by Southern analysis. The tissues tumors grossly normal mucosa each case some instances benign polyps metastases. Our results indicate: (1) that 50% cases show an increase expression at least one oncogenes studied; (2) over-expression is not random, over-expressing several (3) pattern varies between primary tumor metastases; (4) amplification a rare event, being limited to instance which c-myc amplified metastasis; (5) exhibit high mRNA or more correlate with biologically aggressive tumors; (6) “non-expressors” are higher risk local recurrence based on correlations mucin histochemistry.
