摘要: Abstract Squirrel monkeys with intravenous catheters self-administered apomorphine and piribedil which have relatively specific dopamine agonist activity, as well cocaine indirectly activates both dopaminergic noradrenergic receptors. The frequency of self-administration increased when the were pre-treated low doses pimozide chlorpromazine. These intakes suggest that reinforcing effects antagonized by these blocking agents. Compounds such chlordiazepoxide amitriptyline did not affect frequency. findings link to actions psychomotor stimulants.
