Occupational skin diseases in Czech healthcare workers from 1997 to 2009

摘要: The healthcare sector ranked in second place among economic sectors the Czech Republic, with about 11.4 % of all occupational diseases 2009. Skin constituted 20 % diseases. aim this study was to analyze causes and trends allergic irritant-induced skin sector. data concerning (Chapter IV List Occupational Diseases, non-infectious illnesses) were analyzed from National Registry Diseases 1997 until total counts most frequent evaluated. During past 13 years, a 545 acknowledged workers. Allergic contact dermatitis diagnosed 464 (85 %), irritant 71 (13 %) urticaria 10 subjects (2 %). Ninety-five percent patients females. overall incidence individual years varied between 1.0 2.9 cases per 10,000 full-time employees year.
