摘要: Abstract Objective The purpose is to systematically review the methods used calculate association between patients’ preferences and treatment choices present a set of recommendations for definition measurement this concept. Methods A systematic literature from 1967 2007 identified articles that reported relationship their choices. Potential citations were electronic databases, Cochrane Collaborative review, experts. Relevant abstracted by two reviewers independently using standard forms. Results search 3114 unique citations, full text 180 was examined, 49 included. These studies variety definitions choices, calculated concordance in different ways. Half tied method theoretical framework. There problems with many limit ability generalize or make comparisons across studies. Conclusion no consistent defining calculating match need more clarity reporting type measures decision quality. Practice Implications an informed patient's key component patient-centered care. Valid reliable level are needed.
