摘要: Eighteen hemodialysis, 12 chronic ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD), and 20 renal transplant patients performed maximal treadmill exercise tests. Heart rates blood pressures were determined every minute oxygen consumption was measured directly. Exercise capacity as by VO2 max is low in similar to sedentary normal individuals patients. Maximal heart significantly lower hemodialysis than recipients. The tolerance end-stage disease indicates that most regardless of the treatment mode could benefit from attempts through training increase physical working capacity.
