摘要: Enzyme assay showed that the commercial cellulase from Trichoderma reesei degraded several polysaccharide substrates; highest activity was on xylan. Transmission electron micrographs T. nondecayed wood extensively; attack always progressed point of contact into cell wall. Cytochemically prepared had been decayed by Poria placenta uniform distribution electron-dense particles throughout walls; same results were observed with added cellulase. In Ganoderma applanatum without or cellulase, progress degradation similar to in wood. Negatively stained 3–7 nm diameter for smallest particles; diamaters ranged nm. This suggests probably are molecules.
