摘要: The objective of this study was to show that the Logan analysis is theoretically more appropriate than Patlak for assessment 6-[18F] fluoro-L-DOPA (FDOPA) positron emission tomography (PET) dynamic data in brain tissue without an irreversible compartment, e.g., occipital cortex. Another purpose provide first application real data. Ten normal controls (NC), 10 Parkinson's disease (PD) patients, and with dementia (PDD) patients underwent FDOPA PET. were applied cortex cerebellum as a reference tissue. In cortex, showed significant difference (p=0.018) between NC PDD patients. However, no differences, but larger variances. PET considered be new insight into region.
