摘要: Abstract The production of inulinase was carried out with Aspergillus terreus MTCC 6324. To enhance the inulinase, fermentation media optimized by one factor at a time and response surface methodology (RSM), which increases activity 3 folds. Inulinase partially purified ultrafiltration method 67.7% yield. then immobilized entrapment in calcium alginate beads retention 42% original employed for hydrolysis sucrose. After optimization reaction conditions such as speed agitation, catalyst loading temperature, conversion sucrose increased up to 91.57%.
