摘要: Fusarium oxysporum kolhapuriensis, a novel endophytic fungi isolated from Nothapodytes nimmoniana Mabb. Grahm, was found to produce camptothecine (CPT) using whey as complex medium. The highest production of CPT attained statistical methods Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Central Composite Design (CCD) used optimize the medium and culture conditions for maximum by fungus. optimized that yielded 283 ± 0.27 mg l−1 contained 70% (v/v) acid 2% (w/v) malt extract. other two parameters through RSM were temperature (30 °C) period incubation (6 days). confirmed analytical techniques such HPTLC, HPLC LC-HRMS. This cost effective might be useful large scale which will ultimately reduce further downstream processing cost.
