摘要: A response surface approach has been used to study the production of extracellular lipase by Candida cylindracea. Medium constituents were optimised for central composite design. 2(5) design matrix was in experiments with only carbon source being varied. The optimal yield 17.30 U/ml using glucose as and 47.25 olive oil source. All other medium namely yeast extract, malt peptone tween 80 simultaneously optimised. Experiments conducted at predicted optimum levels fitted optima. Based on these experimental conditions, containing appears a better fermentative C. cylindracea lipase.
