摘要: In order to enhance the tribological properties of titanium (Ti), a gradient structure with nanocrystalline surface layer was formed on UNS R50400 (Gr2/TA2/CP3) Ti discs by means ultrasonic rolling processing (USRP). The microstructure and microhardness USRP untreated were investigated. under both vacuum atmospheric conditions examined in comparison using ball-on-disc tribometer. results showed that an ultrafine-grained (UFG) deformation thickness 200 μm produced Ti, its mean grain size refined about 38 nm from 45 μm. hardness is 310 HV, which 2.3 times Ti. Additionally, possesses lower friction coefficient higher wear resistance than Under conditions, shows more extensive oxidation milder abrasive compared because formation UFG layer, exhibits significant decrease plastic adhesive
