摘要: Methods are described to analyze two different parts of the Drosophila ovary, which correspond early stages (pachytene) and late (metaphase I beyond) meiosis. In addition taking into account morphology, techniques differ by fixation conditions method isolate tissue. Most these methods whole mounts, preserve three-dimensional structure.
