摘要: The discovery of miRNAs as promising new biomarkers in the field cardiovascular disease has caused great expectations. Stability bloodstream, specific regulation, and high sensitivity specificity suggest that feasibility can even displace protein-based biomarkers. objective our study was to determine plasma expression profile miRNAs, which are reported have important correlations with diseases, patients type 2 diabetes mellitus relation complications. We isolated from 6 without (control group) 9 (target group). Following reverse transcription subsequent real-time PCR analysis same amount starting following were successfully analyzed: miR-16-5p, miR-155-3p, miR-155-5p, miR-210, miR-221-3p, miR-424-5p. relative showed a statistically significant increase all these target group. highest level established for miR-424-5p an average quantification value 10.5, followed by miR-155-5p 7.5. Cardiovascular risk assessment, supported emerging circulating biomarkers, such is stratifying high-risk individuals, optimizing treatment strategies, enhancing understanding basic biology. Our levels group emphasized its role biomarker damage mellitus.
