摘要: The biologic basis for cancer is clearly multidimensional and complex. This chapter systematically discusses the key elements of development, progression, treatment with a specific focus on role aging in these processes. Unfortunately, there no unifying explanation that describes essence cancer. There are, however, many epidemiologic links to aging. Biologic changes occur during probably increase likelihood developing Age-associated also impact significantly therapeutics. All areas need more research, but understanding them can help clinician at forefront prevention, diagnosis, an population.
