摘要: We have applied the method of dynamic light scattering to analyse lysozyme ethanol interaction. For low concentration (below 4.3% (v/v)) no chemical denaturation process is observed. When grows above triggering hydrodynamic radius increases, indicating structural changes within protein molecule. The observed modi cations are attributed dehydration and preliminary tertiary structure cation
