摘要: The Czech Republic hosts a surprisingly rich biodiversity of amphibians representing the majority amphibian species present in all Central and Eastern Europe. Surveillance data Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd) collected during 2008 to 2012 were analysed for basic patterns prevalence infection intensity among species, age groups localities. In addition, an investigation was made into possible bias due varying PCR inhibition. Infection genus Pelophylax significantly higher than other sampled taxa, while Bombina Bufo infected with intermediate prevalence. Individual mortalities putatively caused by chytridiomycosis detected Bufo, but not Pelophylax. Differences localities seen modulate pathogen's rate influence overall individual intensities. inhibition occurred more often samples from tested taxa (Bufo bufo, B. viridis, bombina, Pelobates fuscus Rana dalmatina). Although we found no completely inhibited within Bombina, loads lower sample set processed without bovine serum albumin, suggesting some level combination high Bd apparent deleterious effect dispersal abilities water frogs predispose them act as vectors chytridiomycosis. It is that role spread overlooked large proportion unrecognized false negatives, this issue needs further confirmation.
