摘要: Aeromonas hydrophila septicaemia in a grey seal (Halichoerus grypus) from the Swedish part of Baltic Sea is reported. The pathogen was isolated both lung and spleen specimens. All A. isolates produced haemolysin Vero active cytotoxin. aerolysin gene found all tested as evidenced by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. Also, showed identical patterns biochemical antibiotic resistance. As spp. commonly occur aquatic environments, we suggest that organisms this genus may also play an important role opportunistic pathogens morbillivirus infected seals.
